Анотація
У статті представлено клінічний випадок дуже пізнього тромбозу стента у хворої на гострий інфаркт міокарда. Проаналізовано можливі причини та тактику ведення таких пацієнтів. Розглянуто клінічні фактори ризику, які сприяють розвитку тромбозу. Визначено алгоритм подальшого спостереження й лікування. Наявність високого ризику тромбозів, цукрового діабету, хронічної хвороби нирок, серцевої недостатності тощо є передумовою до призначення тривалої подвійної антитромбоцитарної терапії. Для оцінки ризику тромбозу стентів необхідно враховувати критерії тромботичного та ішемічного ризиків у пацієнтів, що відповідно оцінює ймовірність розвитку інфаркту міокарда або раптової коронарної смерті у хворих із гострим коронарним синдромом, що визначають більш агресивну тактику ведення цієї групи пацієнтів.
