Анотація
Число хворих на цукровий діабет (ЦД) 2 типу, які потребують лікування інсуліном, значно збільшується, і на сьогодні їх уже набагато більше, ніж пацієнтів із ЦД 1 типу. Наразі більше 30% усіх хворих на ЦД 2 типу отримують інсулін. При цьому показання для призначення інсуліну і вибір тактики інсулінотерапії при ЦД 2 типу далеко не такі однозначні, як при ЦД 1 типу. Схеми інсулінотерапії та показання до неї на сьогодні є актуальним питанням.
