Анотація

В оглядовій статті наведено сучасні уявлення про застосування урсодезоксихолевої кислоти в клінічній практиці. TGR5 та G-протеїнові рецептори мембрани, які активуються жовчними кислотами, дуже поширені в тканинах організму як тварин, так і людей. Переважно тканинна локалізація TGR5 зумовлює біологічні ефекти активації цих рецепторів. Представлений огляд сфокусований на ролі TGR5 як нового фармакологічного напрямку лікування хворих на метаболічний синдром, цукровий діабет, ожиріння, атеросклероз, захворювання печінки та онкологічні процеси.
