Abstract
The article presents the materials of Methodical recommendations**, which contain an analysis of the current state of problematic issues of anamnesis, clinical picture and diagnosis of patients with nodular goiter. Given the prevalence of benign thyroid nodules (thyroid), strict implementation of this protocol for the diagnosis and management of patients with nodular forms of goiter will ensure early detection of malignant thyroid tumors, reduce the number of unnecessary surgical interventions for benign tumors, leading to significant reductions in surgical treatment. and improve the quality of life of patients.
