Анотація
Описано клінічний випадок діоктофімозу людини в поєднанні з раком нирки та цукровим діабетом 2-го типу. Імовірно, що причиною цього паразитарного ураження було вживання некип’яченої води або недостатньо термічно обробленої прісноводної риби. Крім того, у цьому описі представлені епідеміологічні та клінічні характеристики діоктофімозу людини, що покращує розуміння цього паразитарного ураження.
