Abstract
Based on the examination of 100 military personnel in the remote period after mild closed traumatic brain injury,
specific features of psychopathological manifestations and patterns of correlation relationships depending on the type of trauma
were identified. It was found that in most examined individuals, psychopathological symptoms persisted six months after the
injury, with the leading clinical manifestations being anxiety, somatization, hostility, interpersonal sensitivity, and obsessivecompulsive
symptoms. The majority of the examined cohort consisted of young and middle-aged males with concussion. The
most pronounced changes were observed in the group of military personnel with mild cerebral contusion. The obtained data
indicate the necessity of early diagnostics as well as preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitation measures in the remote period
following closed traumatic brain injury
