Abstract
The article describes the medical case of pseudohypoparathyroidism type 1A with autosomal dominant inheritance characteristics, de novo mutation associated with thyrotropic resistance and hypercalcitoninemia. Clinical manifestations, features of the course of the disease in a patient are also described.
