Abstract
Review of works and personal information is presented that are dedicated to modern views on choice of tactics, administration scheme of hypoglycemic therapy by DM type 2. In the article ADA/EASD consensus recommendations, 2015; new ADA recommendations, 2016 «Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes» that prove that intensive glycemic control is a key principle of treatment of patients with DM type 2 because it lets to prevent development and progress of micro- and possibly macrovascular complications. Advantages of glycoside are presented for patients with DM type 2: glycoside brings β-cells function up to norm because renews physiologic profile of insulin secretion; has possibility to bind fast and reversely with pancreatic β-cells receptors that in its turn prevents depletion of β-cells, so preserves their amounts; glycoside contains unic amino-aso-cyclooctene cycle, whereby has unic antioxidant features; ability of glycoside to provide glucose-dependent secretion of insulin causes its high hypoglycemic effectiveness by minimal risk of hypoglycemia. These advantages do glycoside as drug of choice in combination with metmorphin for patients with DM type 2. Received results of our study indicate that by intake of combined therapy with glycoside with metmorphin we can see probable decrease of body weight, waist and hips circumference, decrease of ЕІ in blood in 34% in
patients with DM type 2 with metabolic syndrome that indicates significant contribution of combined therapy by overcoming of hyperinsulinemia and IR in general. A positive influence of peroral hypoglycemic drug derived from sulfonylurea DIAGLIZIDE® MR 60 mg (glycoside) and in combination with biguanides: DIAFORMIN® SR 1000 mg (metmorphin) by Farmak Co was revealed for improve of carbohydrate metabolism indices.
