Анотація
У статті розкрито сучасні принципи діагностики та лікування розшарування аорти (РА). Визначено поширеність РА, причини виникнення, наведено клінічні та основні інструментальні методи діагностики, висвітлено особливості підходів до лікування різних типів РА. Також у статті описано клінічний випадок хронічного РА та показано використання сучасної ендоваскулярної технології лікування РА — застосування стент-графтів.
