Анотація
У статті викладено основні положення Pекомендацій із ведення пацієнтів із дисліпідеміями Європейського товариства кардіологів та Європейського товариства з атеросклерозу 2012 р. щодо оцінки серцево-судинного ризику пацієнтів за допомогою шкали SCORE. Також у статті наведено цільові показники для групи пацієнтів із надто високим серцево-судинним ризиком. Висвітлено проблеми впровадження основних положень сучасних клінічних рекомендацій щодо гіполіпідемічної терапії в Україні. Особливу увагу приділено проблемі невідповідності референтних значень, вказаних у бланках ліпідограм у багатьох лабораторіях в Україні й у світі, тим цільовим показникам, яких належить досягати в пацієнтів високого та надто високого серцево-судинного ризику. Показано, що невідповідність бланків ліпідограм сучасним клінічним рекомендаціям створює передумови для неадекватної гіполіпідемічної терапії.
