Анотація
В обзорной лекции представлены результаты анализа проблем профилактики сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, что особенно актуально для Украины: в нашей стране вопросы сердечно-сосудистой, сосудисто-мозговой и периферической сосудистой протекции остаются непринятыми большинством как врачей, так и пациентов. Именно в реальном воплощении профилактических подходов у широких масс населения большинство экспертов видят наиболее эффективный путь к улучшению показателей сердечно-сосудистой заболеваемости и смертности во всем мире. Анализируются вопросы первичной профилактики у лиц высокого кардиоваскулярного риска, а именно: избыточная масса тела и ожирение, регулярная физическая активность, диетотерапия, гормональная заместительная терапия.
