Abstract
The article presents the clinical case of toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell’s syndrome) in a 16-year patient after taking lamotrigine. We described in detail the complete clinical course from the onset of the disease (the first rash) to the vivid development of clinical symptoms and transfer to the intensive care unit. The main clinical and laboratory indicators are given and medical rehabilitation measures are described.
