Abstract
The article describes and analyzes the effectiveness of the use of the CO2 laser in the treatment of post-burn and post-traumatic scars in children treated in a hospital setting. Timely diagnosis based on the analysis of the state of the scar, its area and the available data of instrumental eхaminations made it possible to choose the correct treatment tactics. Further
observation of the clinical course of the disease after the use of the CO2 laser, taking into account the obtained results, helped to develop an optimal strategy for the treatment of pediatric patients with post-burn and post-traumatic scars.
