Abstract

The article provides an overview of the keypoints of the European Society of Cardiology guidance for the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular disease during the COVID-19 pandemic (2021). Issues of epidemiology, pathogenesis and diagnosis of CVD are covered. The importance of innovations for practitioners is analyzed, the main directions of realization of the keypoints in everyday clinical practice by doctors of different specialties are determined.
