Анотація
Синдром Такоцубо має складну клінічну картину з широким спектром проявів і ступенями ризику та гемодинамічною нестабільністю. Мультимодальний підхід до пацієнта відіграє важливу роль під час встановлення діагнозу, вибору правильної тактики лікування. Нові серцево-судинні біомаркери, такі як фетуїн-А, IGFBP-2, мають виражену діагностичну цінність у диференційній діагностиці СТ із ГКС. Фетуїн-А, IGFBP-2 є найбільш значущими маркерами з великою чутливістю в диференційній діагностиці, ніж тропоніни та КФК-МВ, інтерлейкіни, і, відповідно, можуть бути корисними при підтвердженні діагнозу СТ.
