Abstract
The role of adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy in combine treatment of older (after 70 years old) patients with Т2N1М0 stage breast cancer. Authors has assessed the results of treatment 151 elderly patients with Т2N1М0 stage breast cancer. These patients were divided on four groups. In the first group was hormonotherapy after surgery, in the second group was chemotherapy and hormonotherapy, in the third group – hormonotherapy and radiotherapy after surgery and in the fourth group was chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hormonotherapy after surgery. It has been observed that 5 year survival was insignificantly higher in the fourth group of patients. The adverse events and adverse reactions after chemotherapy and radiotherapy did not impact on common mortality.
