The article presents a harmonized version of the unique historical «impressive document of the manifesto of medicine at the beginning of a scientific era in medical history» – the lecture «Introduction to the course of private therapy, semiotics, and clinics picture of internal diseases», 1845, by the founder of Kyiv School of Internal Medicine, professor-therapist Fedir S. Tsytsurin.
