Abstract
The problem of improvement of the long-term results after surgical correction of postoperative breast ptosis by using the techniques including mesh allograft is discussed in the article. It has been shown that the use of polypropylene mesh causes no clinically significant local and systemic reactions and creates a more reliable fixation structure which provides lower three-year relapse rate and degree of ptosis compared with conventional reconstructive surgery.
