Анотація
В статье представлены результаты экспериментального исследования эффективности и безопасности использования проленовой сетки для аугментационной маммопластики. Полученные данные свидетельствуют об устойчивости к механической нагрузке дубликатуры листков поверхностной фасции с проленовой сеткой между ними и отсутствии воспалительной реакции, что подтверждает целесообразность ее использования в эстетической хирургии.
