Анотація
В статье приведен анализ результатов лечения 151 пациентки с Т2N1М0 стадией рака молочной железы в возрасте после 70 лет. Больные были поделены на 4 группы в зависимости от послеоперационного лечения: 1 – только гормонотерапия; 2 – химиотерапия и гормонотерапия; 3 – лучевая терапия и гормонотерапия; 4 – химиотерапия, лучевая и гормонотерапия. В результате 5-летнего периода наблюдения отмечено незначительную тенденцию к увеличению выживаемости в группах, в которых применили послеоперационную химиолучевую терапию. Осложнения и побочные явления от химиолучевой терапии не увеличивали смертности от сопутствующей патологии.
