Abstract
The article provides results of implemented literature review and own research of arterial hypertension (AH) with hypothyroidism in 177 patients with the second stage with 1st and 2nd degree who were divided into two groups: 1st is hypothyroidism and 2nd is preserved function of thyroid gland (TG) which were compared by age, gender composition, duration, AH stage and degrees, accompanying pathology. It is proved that hypothyroidism causes systolic and diastolic AH (direct correlation of Т4 with systolic and diastolic arterial pressure) which progress is related to increasing body weight and increasing general cholesterol indicators. Control deterioration happens parallel with the bigger oppression of TG functions, increasing body weight developing obesity, oppressing adrenal cortex function. With hypothyroidism occurs risk of various malfunctions of kidneys functional abilities and hepatopathy development. Hyperlipidemia is related to the activation of lymphocytic part of inflammation which is the reason enhanced hemorrhage (according to the prothrombin ratio).
