Анотація
Сегодня существуют трудности в определении и классификации разных клинических фенотипов хронической обструктивной болезни легких (ХОБЛ), таких как «бронхиальная астма-ХОБЛ», «с частыми обострениями», «эмфизематозный», «быстрое снижение ОФВ1», «дефицит α1-антитрипсина», «кахексия» и «эозинофилия в мокроте или периферической крови». Выделение этих фенотипов может помочь в дифференциации больных ХОБЛ. Некоторые национальные руководства предлагают использовать целенаправленную терапию определенного фенотипа ХОБЛ. Распознавание клинических фенотипов ХОБЛ является очень важным как для лучшего понимания механизмов развития заболевания, так и для выбора наиболее оптимальной тактики лечения ХОБЛ.
