Abstract
The article presents modern approaches to the logistics of prehospital care in patients with acute coronary syndrome with the determination of individual paths to invasive treatment. The importance of immediate risk assessment of patients presenting with acute chest pain and their triage based on electrocardiogram results is indicated. The basics of acute
pharmacotherapy are outlined. The importance of timely myocardial revascularization is highlighted, the priorities of percutaneous coronary interventions, fibrinolytic therapy and the criteria for an immediate and early pharmacoinvasive strategy in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) are defined. The fundamentals of the invasive strategy in patients with non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS) are revealed.
