Abstract

The article provides the main provisions and clinical approaches to the management of women with dysmenorrhea. In particular, modern classification, methods of diagnosis and treatment are presented. Recommendations for differential diagnosis of this pathology for family doctors are given. Modern principles of therapy with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, hormonal drugs and non-medicinal methods are outlined.
