Abstract

The article describes the management of diabetes mellitus and heart failure in chronic kidney disease and hepatic impairment of different severity. The authors highlight in detail the main pharmacokinetics of the drugs according to the guidelines of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the State Register of Medicines of Ukraine, which allows the doctor to prescribe rational and personalised medical treatment, optimise the treatment regimen and minimise the side effects of therapy in comorbid patients.
