Abstract
This article considers the possibilities of modern immunotherapeutic interventions in the reproductive disorders, complicated pregnancy and fetal abnormalities associated with transplacental transfer of autoantibodies from mother to fetus. The results of available studies and reports devoted to the study of the efficacy and safety of immunoglobulins, colony-stimulating factors and interferons of different classes in obstetric practice, which form the basis of immunotherapy, have been presented. Thus, proper implementation of these treatment strategies in the clinical practice of treatment and prevention facilities in Ukraine will increase the quality of medical care for pregnant women and improve the preparation of women for elective pregnancies.
