Abstract
In a brief review, it is presented a modern view on the classification of dorsalgias. The basic diagnostics and modern tactics of patients with back pain are given. The efficiency and safety of nіmesulidе and ketorolak in the treatment of pain are observed. The high efficiency of combined “sequential therapy”in patients with expressed pain syndrome is demonstrated
