Abstract

The paper presents the results of a 12-week antihypertensive therapy by fixed combination of lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide of 26 patients with mild and moderate arterial hypertension (AH). In 100% of patients, the target blood pressure (BP) was achieved. The therapy was accompanied by normalization of structure and functional state of the heart and hemodynamics, it was effective and safe, had good clinical tolerance, which allows to recommend it for appointment to patients with mild and moderate hypertension.
