Abstract
Article presents a clinical case in vivo diagnosis of myxoma of the left auricle before used echocardiography. Retrospective analysis of patient appeals for a medical care showed few false diagnoses , which led two surgical operation and unnecessary examination are looking for cancerous tumors. Surgical treatment was effective. It`s necessary to note that underestimation of complaints, inadequate physical examination of the patient and standardization of thinking (ideation) by physicians are cause which demonstrating difficulties of the diagnosis making. A number of clinical signs affording grounds for general practitioners to suspect cardiac tumor of a patient is presented.
