Анотація
На підставі даних первинного обстеження та 2-річного спостереження за 147 хворими на ревматоїдний артрит (РА) встановлено, що частота виявлення як антитіл до циклічного цитрулінованого пептиду (анти-ЦЦП), так і ревматоїдного фактору (РФ) лінійно зростає залежно від тривалості хвороби. Наявність у крові хворих анти-ЦЦП асоціюється з вищою порівняно з РФ активністю РА, більшою частотою появи позасуглобових проявів і гіршою клінічною та рентгенологічною відповіддю на лікування.
