Abstract
The paper describes a medical case of patient with chronic hepatitis caused by Hepatitis G Virus (HGV), which was proved by complex examination of blood serum and liver biopsy. The scheme of the therapy was adequate to the protocols of treatment 2 and 3 genotypes of HCV and was effective both in clinical assessment and biochemical and immunological parameters changes dynamics. The authors recommend testing for HGV for patients with cryptogenic hepatitis.
