Abstract

In article it was expressed the view at multiple sclerosis as a special complication of non-specific demyelization of different aetiology. The division of pathogenesis into two steps will make it possible to distinguish the beforeautoimmunance development of the disease and will allow to start treatment earlier, which will protect against the disabling complications.
