Abstract
В обзорной лекции приведены результаты анализа проблем профилактики сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, что особенно актуально для Украины: в нашей стране вопросы сердечно-сосудистой, сосудисто-мозговой и периферической сосудистой протекции остаются непринятыми большинством как врачей, так и пациентов. Именно в реальном воплощении профилактических подходов у широких масс населения большинство экспертов видят наиболее эффективный путь к улучшению показателей сердечно-сосудистой заболеваемости и смертности во всем мире. Анализируются вопросы вторичной профилактики у лиц высокого и очень высокого кардиоваскулярного риска, а именно: должных целевых уровней показателей (в том числе артериального давления), контроля частоты сердечных сокращений, антигипертензивной (анти-АГ) терапии, гипер- и дислипидемии, а также гликемии.
