Abstract

The article presents data on the clinical study of the drug Venosmin. We studied the dynamics of the effect of the study drug for clinical signs of chronic venous insufficiency of the lower limbs. The study investigated the microcirculation and oxygen exchange in the tissues of the lower extremities using laser Doppler flowmetry. The study results suggest that the drug Venosmin has a high therapeutic efficacy in chronic venous insufficiency of the lower extremities. The drug was well tolerated. There is evidence that therapeutic efficacy of Venosmin is equivalent to the original phlebotropic drug.
