Abstract
В обзорной лекции приведены результаты анализа проблем профилактики сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, что особенно актуально для Украины: в нашей стране вопросы сердечно-сосудистой, сосудисто-мозговой и периферической сосудистой протекции остаются непринятыми большинством как врачей, так и пациентов. Именно в реальном воплощении профилактических подходов у широких масс населения большинство экспертов видят наиболее эффективный путь к улучшению показателей сердечно-сосудистой заболеваемости и смертности во всем мире. За последние несколько лет мировая практика лечения больных сердечно-сосудистого профиля существенно обогатилась целым рядом Рекомендаций, посвященных проблеме первичной профилактики у разных категорий пациентов: практически здоровых или имеющих несколько факторов риска, а также вторичной профилактики у пациентов, имеющих доказанное кардиоваскулярное заболевание. Анализируются вопросы первичной профилактики у лиц низкого и среднего кардиоваскулярного риска, а именно: рационального питания, физической активности, ограничения соли, контроля потребления алкоголя, отказа от курения.
