Abstract

У 31 больного неспецифическим язвенным колитом (НЯК), 29 больных с сочетанием НЯК и мочекаменной болезни (МКБ) и 31 здорового человека из контрольной группы изучался уровень матриксных металлопротеиназ (ММП) 1, 3, 9, их тканевого ингибитора (ТИМП1), а также соотношения ММП9/ТИМП1. Установлено, что в группе пациентов с НЯК по сравнению с контрольной группой статистически значимо повышено содержание ММП9,
ТИМП1 и соотношение ММП9/ТИМП1. У больных с НЯК и МКБ по сравнению со здоровыми статистически значимо повышен уровень ММП9 и соотношение ММП9/ТИМП1, а также понижен ММП1. У больных с НЯК и МКБ по сравнению с больными изолированным НЯК статистически значимо ниже содержание ММП1 и ТИМП1.
