Анотація
В статье представлены результаты оценки влияния пароксизмов фибрилляции предсердий на качество жизни (КЖ) пациентов после радиочастотной абляции легочных вен. Установлено, что КЖ пациентов после радиочастотной абляции фибрилляции предсердий в соответствии со шкалой WHOQOL-BREF статистически значимо хуже при наличии рецидивов. Выявлены статистически значимые отрицательные корреляционные зависимости между количеством пароксизмов и КЖ пациентов. При значительном снижении КЖ (количество баллов 10 и менее по шкале WHOQOL-BREF) следует рассмотреть вопрос о необходимости повторной абляции.
