Анотація

В обзорной статье проведен анализ сосуществования системной склеродермии, паранеопластических реакций и злокачественных опухолей. Иммунные реакции, участвующие в патогенезе системной склеродермии, могут способствовать развитию онкологической патологии, поэтому пациенты с факторами риска этого заболевания требуют тщательного наблюдения за возможным неопластическим процессом. С другой стороны, симптомы системного склероза могут быть маской различных видов злокачественных новообразований. Дифференциация между идиопатической формой системной склеродермии, склеродермоподобным паранеопластическим синдромом и развитием рака на фоне аутоиммунной патологии вызывает множество трудностей. Пациенты с системной склеродермией, особенно старшего возраста, при высокой активности заболевания, быстропрогрессирующем и атипичном течении, высоком титре антител к аутоантителам, нетипичной капилляроскопической картине должны быть подвержены более тщательному диагностическому поиску и контролю по поводу онкологической патологии, особенно если пациент проявляет признаки и симптомы обоих состояний.
